Developed look and feel for campaign assets. The Employee Promise campaign was about showcasing the faces at Canada Life and recognizing the value they bring to the company. I worked closely with various teams throughout the organization and with external photographers to coordinate photos and signatures of featured employees.
I was tasked to research and develop on-brand and accessible data visualization for Canada Life and define rules and guidelines around its use within the design system. I researched many other successful brands' design systems and data visualization styles and rules for inspiration and guidance. I also collaborated with accessibility experts to build a colour palette that meets the acceptable contrast ratios.
I regularly contribute to our ever-growing continuous line style iconography and illustration library for use across Canada Life's digital properties. The icons are designed to create visual interest where a photo may not be the best option and are usually accompanied with content or a CTA. Like the icons, the illustrations are used in place of a photo, usually in a charmer or displayed on a 404 error page.
