The Employee Promise campaign was about showcasing the faces at Canada Life and recognizing the value they bring to the company. I was tasked with leading the creative direction and developing a brand for the campaign. I worked closely with various teams throughout the organization and with external photographers to coordinate photos and signatures of featured employees.
It was important to make each piece of collateral unique. In addition to using the featured employee's portrait, we had them write their name out. Like a fingerprint, every person's handwriting is unique and this gave them an opportunity to contribute to the overall campaign aesthetic.
